UPSHPA is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised login information.

2.3 Membership Obligations

Failure to comply with UPSHPA’s accreditation guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Searching for accredited physicians, clinics, and healthcare services.
